No matter if they're new to the scene or not, every celebrity out there is trained or educated on how to act in public. Of course, if they want to make it big or maintain their spot in the spotlight, they have to protect their image.

Many celebrities' careers have stalled or even failed because of a scandal here or rumors of bad attitude there. Meanwhile, others have soared to become fan favorites because of their genuine personas both in and out of the public eye.

Many of us probably will never know how they are in real life though since we can't talk to them every day and all that. But there are people who do and who knows a bit of what they're like when the cameras aren't rolling.

Some of those are hospitality workers who've encountered celebs in real life. Given their line of work, it's easy to judge a celeb's character by how they're treated by their customers.

Hospitality workers have even made somewhat of a trend on it on TikTok where they rate and describe their experiences meeting celebs when the cameras are off. From Keanu Reeves to Naomi Campbell, the alleged stories reveal a bit of what these celebs are like in real life.
