It's no surprise that the people who live in or grew up in an urban area with increased exposure to polluted air, tend to have issues with nutrition and an immense lack of physical activity.

Of course, there's a way to prevent these risks and improve the quality of life of people living in urban areas and that's by implementing good urban planning in such places. Good urban planning can make any busy public area look a lot more natural which will cause it to reduce stress and promote sustainability.

As is the case with everything else out there, there's a subreddit on Reddit about the highs and lows of urban planning named r/UrbanPlanning.
