Real Photos Taken By Real Estate Agents To Advertise Homes You Probably Wouldn't Want To Live In
Sometimes you just can't hide a terrible home no matter what you do to mask it

The search for a house is becoming harder and harder (unless you've never eaten an avocado and are rich). Let's be honest: if there was a real estate website like Tinder, we'd all be swiping left to some of the atrocities within our budget. Sometimes when you arrive to inspect a property you liked, it looks dreadful and nothing like the picture (much like online dating). But, some real estate agents don't even bother to hide the horrible house.
These pictures are courtesy of a blog called "Terrible Real Estate Photos." The blog is dedicated to sharing all the horrors of real estate photography; from mysterious stains, to pets in the picture, and houses that came straight out of a horror movie--this blog has it all.
Wall art included!

Having a crucifix on your wall is soooo 300 AD.

Lots of light? Check. Clean carpet? Check. Potential to convert into a bowling alley? Double check.

There is too much going on here to even know where to start

Look, it could be a lot worse

Takes "pet friendly" to another level

Pool or swamp?
Channel your inner Shrek and live here!

It looks like a body was just dragged out of the frame

This is a complete rejection of open-plan living

Wait til you see it...

Is there such thing as too much colour coordination?
Yes.

Downsizing after watching Mario Kondo like

Genuinely unsure if this is mould or modern art

And I can't even keep one indoor plant alive

The family that pees together...

Batting above average

I mean, they could've dragged a rug over it at least

Is that a toilet in the kitchen or a sofa in the bathroom?
This picture raises more questions than it answers.

Looks like a poster for a horror movie to me

NOPE

What Happened Here

House or psychedelic museum?

How would you know it's a relaxing environment if there weren't mattresses in the pool?

When you impulsively buy a stained glass window and don't know where to put it.

Mirror mirror on (every square inch of) the wall

When you buy a small house and don't know what to do with all your old furniture

It's very useful to have a fridge outdoors... I guess

This realtor takes fire safety very seriously

Not a fan

It's important to make good use of every space in the house.
