It's pretty easy to dismiss the importance of teachers... until you have your own children. Then teachers become these mythical unicorn-like creatures who your children seem to worship, perform for, behave for and beg to see, even of the weekends (maybe that's just my kid).

Recently, a kindergarten teacher who decided to quit her job, shared a raw and honest reveal about the REAL reasons why she was done with kindergarten. Most people would assume it was the pay... but that wasn't it at all. The teacher sited parents, technology, mental health and society, putting zero blame on children. Check it out below.
