The terrifying incident was caught on body camera. When Deputy Michael Gregorek arrived at the scene in his patrol cruiser, he saw Hank stuck inside a car that was completely covered in smoke.
Gregorek broke through the rear window and the passenger window on the driver's side of the Ford Expedition SUV during the brief rescue operation, which took less than a minute.

But Gregorek's fast thinking and bravery allowed him to carry Hank out of the automobile and onto the snowy ground, where he was safely dropped.
