Girl Scouts are great. It is a great American tradition. They can help kids develop a sense of comradery, responsibility, love for nature. They can make a lot of friends there. They have tasty cookies.
So, the Girl Scouts Camps must be awesome also? Yes! But not for reasons that pop into your mind. They are not all about comradery, exploration, one with nature, etc.
They have a dark side also, and sometimes it is just hilarious. If you are a parent of a kid that goes there - maybe not so much.
