Artist Draws Sailor Scouts As Stylish Witches

The Sailor Moon series won the audience over with interesting characters, great humor, and very imaginative stories. They inspired generations of young people to imagine and pursue their goals.

An artist from Odessa, Ukraine, going by the name of Kutty-Sark, is one of those young people. She is a freelance artist and a character concept designer and recently started her own comic book series called “Arcane Flames.”

She recreated our favorite Sailor Scouts as witches with style, wearing luxurious ballroom gowns. We are showcasing 15 of her best illustrations of Sailor Moon characters and costume designs, and we hope you will like them.
