Well, technically, OP was a stay-at-home mom. But let's be real, that job title doesn't even begin to cover the myriad of tasks she tackled daily. There was the endless cooking, cleaning, and, let’s not even get started on the little mischief-makers in tow. 

Now, in OP’s home, dinner was quite the event—it was the one meal a day where her boyfriend was at the table. As the clock struck five, signaling his return, OP made sure his dinner was piping hot and ready to be devoured. 

The dinner routine was the same every evening. As a Supermom, the task of making sure everyone’s needs were met fell on her shoulders. Only after they’d wolfed their various portions with satisfied smiles could OP settle down to enjoy her own meal—and today’s dinner was no different.

The evening’s menu consisted of a tantalizing spread of homemade Chinese cuisine: fried rice, succulent orange chicken, and the pièce de résistance—golden, crispy egg rolls. 

After ensuring everyone’s plates were piled sky-high, OP gulped down her meds and waited for her stomach to settle before diving in. Sadly, fate had other plans.

Her partner dove in with reckless abandon, devouring her coveted egg rolls in the process—every single one of them. OP was furious. She warned him there wouldn’t be enough for seconds, but maybe he just didn’t care. 

OP went to bed hungry out of anger, and two days later, an apology was yet to be rendered.
