For years, more and more animated Barbie films have been made. From classics like Barbie: Princess and the Pauper and Barbie and the Nutcracker to newer and more modern films like Barbie: Big City, Big Dreams, and Barbie Princess Adventure, the production of animated Barbie films doesn't seem to stop.

However, in all the time that Barbie has been gracing our screens, it seems that very few have attempted to create a live-action version of its iconic characters up until now, of course. One of the most awaited films in 2023 is Greta Gerwig's live-action Barbie starring Margot Robbie as the iconic blonde.

Guess who's staring opposite her as her boyfriend, Ken? It's none other than Ryan Gosling.

We know, it doesn't seem the likely choice but it's been done. Ryan Gosling is Ken.

There are also pictures of the actor filling in his role all dressed up and as handsome as Ryan Gosling is in real life, his pictures as Ken are dividing people on the internet.

Some people love the blonde and the tanned look while others are just mortified with how he looks. Take a look at what Twitter users are saying about his look for this film.

It's surprising and it would probably take a moment for the world to adjust. At least by the time it does, the movie will come out and maybe everyone can view it, hopefully, with unbiased eyes.
