This Man Pretended To Be A Store Manager So He Could Throw Out A Rude Customer
If you work in customer service, you will know that rude customers are incredibly prevalent. And, unfortunately, as the "customer server," so to speak, it's generally up to you to deal with them.
If you're lucky enough to have a good manager, they will generally be glad to step in and handle the situation. And, if you're really lucky (like, really, really lucky), you might find that another customer will step in and have your back.
That's precisely what happened when a Reddit user pretended to be a store manager to help out a young man who encountered an incredibly rude customer. The young man was working at a local store when an angry customer started giving him a hard time.
The customer was rudely demanding some bottles of gin when another customer stepped in and claimed to be the store manager. Not only did he defend the young man, who was just trying to do his job, but he went as far as to ban the rude customer from the store.
The man went on to tell security about what had happened before leaving the store like nothing had happened. Wow - well, they do say not all heroes wear capes!

The man was looking particularly smart that day because he had just been to a funeral.
When he stopped off at the supermarket on his way home, he walked in on an altercation between a rude customer and a sales assistant.
After an already bad day, the man decided to step in.
The customer decided he should get a free bottle of gin for his "stress and inconvenience."
Oh wait, now he wants TWO free bottles of gin!
That's when the man really delivered.
Boom!
He then let security know the situation before leaving the store.
