We're back today again to go over another viral story that we'll be giving the details to you on. We enjoy looking into these viral stories because they're always so entertaining, especially when you think about why they went viral in the first place.

There are a lot of people who want to do exactly what this guy did, and we praise him for it because it's so funny. This guy essentially came to TikTok to talk about his experience with his job and how he put in paid time off for a vacation that he's going on, which is something many of us have done before.

But what do you do if your PTO is denied? Many people would like to still go on the trip and just say who cares about the denied time off, but many of us have bills and can't really afford to lose our jobs.

With this said, this guy did exactly that and basically quit his job and decided to still go on the trip. Many jobs really don't appreciate us, and they act like they can't afford to lose us while we live our lives. However, I'm sure this company wasn't expecting the guy to go on the trip after they denied him time off.

If you've ever had time off denied then you know just how frustrating it is and many of us have just wanted to go on the trip or do the thing despite the time off being denied.

TikTok user Newman, who is @newmanparkerr went to the social media platform to talk about the situation in detail and tell us what really happened.

Most companies truly don't want you to take off days especially if you're in an important position or if they have to find a replacement, so getting time off denied like this is not an uncommon thing for many people, which is why this guy did exactly what so many of us have wanted to do before.

Newman planned his trip for Europe, went in to ask off for the days, only to realize that the time off was denied by the company that he works for.

The caption of his video says "When you get the chance to see Europe, you don't say no!" Which this is something we definitely agree with and I think he's realized that the experience from this trip will be a transformation in his life and his job clearly doesn't care enough to give him the time off.

We have to remember that a lot of these bosses or companies really don't care about us, and they really just want us to be there to do the work and fill the position. Many of us have plans outside of work, and of course, we all have lives outside of work, so asking for time off is not a criminal move, even though companies act like it is.
