People could like to be alone because they are introverts who get their energy from being alone. Some people prefer solitude because they find social situations stimulating.

It can be a steady preference or one that changes with the stage, but the desire to be alone is perfectly acceptable. Living alone generally carries a bad reputation, although spending time by oneself can help a person become more conscious of their interests.

The narrator of today's AITA story is a 25-year-old lady who just split with her long-term partner just before they found out she was pregnant. OP is now over four months gone, and she also mentions that she has never been particularly sociable unless she is drunk.

I'm going with NAH. You're entitled to manage your pregnancy how you want. People are also allowed to care about you and I have a feeling a lot of the folks who are reaching out just want to check in and make sure you're actually okay. You've just been through a break up, you're sick and you're pregnant. It's totally normal people want to be able to make sure someone they care about is alright.
