The ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) estimates that around 6.3 million pets enter animal shelters nationwide each year – 3.2 million cats and 3.1 million dogs. That leaves over a million sad animals in shelters, waiting for their new forever home. We have collected some of the most beautiful adoption stories, and we hope that they will inspire you to adopt.
