Redditor Gets Annoyed And Decides To Speak Out About Neighbor's Loud Kids Who Always Disturb His Sleep
"I think I might be the AH, because I might be equally inconsiderate"

Parents frequently use the term "kids will be kids" to explain their children's misbehavior. Although it is a cute proverb, it may be detrimental to the behavior and development of your child.
Using this phrase gives your child a "get out of jail free" card to avoid accountability and repercussions. Unfortunately, both minor and major mishaps receive this defense, depriving you of the opportunity to impart some important lessons to your child.
From the irate pedestrian who nearly gets hit by a drunk driver to the store customer who keeps getting the wrong shoe size, everyone takes things personally. But then it's best to tone it down as it can be a destructive instrument at home, especially when it's directed towards your own child's behavior.
Parenting is enjoyable, so why take it personally when doing so will only impair your sense of reason and your ability to think clearly? Everyone is aware of how mischievous, immature, and impulsive kids can be, but that is why you are an adult or, even better, a parent.
You should be able to handle circumstances like this with composure. The OP in today's story understands that kids are kids and would act like one but that doesn't mean that one can't complain about their yelling, crying, or laughing so early in the morning.
They are early birds and are sometimes outside at 6:30 or 6:45 am. This makes the OP so annoyed, hence bringing the story to the AITA page.
And here, we have the title...

RedditMost parents make the mistake of believing that kids should act more like adults and less like kids. At this point, you have to understand that this will not happen; your children will not behave maturely because you continually nag them to.
They haven't encountered difficulties or had to take the daily risks that you have. Drop your thoughts about this story in the comments below.
