Meet Kit The Cat, A "Non-Cat Person" Converter, Making Cat-Haters Fall In Love With Him
Kit the cat did not just find a home, she completely changed Jodie’s mind about being a cat person. What started as a rescue from a freezing basement turned into a full-on bond, complete with hikes, milestones, and a TikTok audience that cannot get enough of them.
Jodie first thought she would only bottle-feed the tiny kitten for a few weeks, but Kit had other plans. By the time those six weeks were up, the pair had already built something much bigger than a temporary foster arrangement, and Jodie was documenting every step of it online.
Now Kit is the kind of cat that turns skeptics into fans, and this story only gets sweeter from here.
Meet Kit, the cat who has catapulted Jodie into joyful motherhood.

Silly cats playing around.
Adorable little red Alfalfa spike.
“I had really good intentions of not getting attached. I was like, ‘Don’t get attached.
Don’t name her. She’s just ‘The Kitten.’
Then, she kind of turned into ‘The Kit.’ And then, she was Kit.
I was like, ‘Oh, you’re in trouble,’” Jodie explained in one interview.

Jodie tries to capture every “motherhood milestone.”

It sounds like the Redditor whose mother-in-law gave away her cat
"Kitten Motherhood Part 2".
“Kit has all the power here; I’m not gonna lie.”
Kit became an international cat.
As Jodie received a business offer to move from Australia to Montana, she knew right away that Kit had to go with her. The overseas trip was not easy due to the global pandemic, but they somehow managed to arrange the whole thing, and now Jodie and Kit are united, enjoying each other's company.

Kit even has American siblings, Big and Little.

Kit is now a cat CEO, and she enjoys playing dress-ups.

Looks like Jodie was a cat person from the beginning; she just didn't know it.
