Stories That Prove That Dogs Are Man’s Best Friend And They Also Look Out For Each Other Too
Each time we hear a story about dogs, we know one thing clearly, which is that they are actually our dearest friends. Stray or lost dogs are prevalent in many areas of the world, and due to this, some of the time, all they have is one another.
As owners of dogs, we know how genuinely they take love and friendship, and that's the reason we consider them man's closest friends. The loyalty of dogs knows no boundaries, and the heartbreaking video below demonstrates just that.
Somewhere in China, four dogs were spotted sitting in the middle of a road, and they sat around one of their own who had been hit by a vehicle. The little dogs were impeding traffic and making vehicles circumvent them as they hoped that all would go well.
In the clip, you can see one prodding the dog's body as though he’s trying to wake him. However, dogs are smart, and at a certain point, they understood that he was gone, but kept on standing as guards and safeguarding their friend.
Yup! That’s exactly what they did. Dogs are seen as emotional creatures who can show sympathy and experience horrible pain from misfortune very much like us humans.
This is one reason why they make such great pets.

There is a story from Thailand about a dog named Leo who went viral. It happened that his owners left him accidentally close to a gas station.
And ever since that day, after four difficult years, Leo still remains in that spot, waiting for his family to return.
This dog has been waiting for his loved ones while hanging out for four years in a particular spot near the road
People tried to help him as he became thin due to starvation. Saowalak, a 45-year-old woman fed the dog as often as she could and even took him into her home, but he would always get away and go stand by his usual spot, so she continued feeding him later on.
Leo is still waiting for his family
Anuchit Uncharoen, another concerned citizen, shared Leo's story on social media in order to alert his owners that the poor dog had been hanging tight for so long now.

The move was fantastic because the dog’s family reached out to the man and said that the photo of the dog resembled their lost dog, Bon-Bon. The family told them they had looked everywhere for him too for quite a while when they realized he had gone missing, but they never found him.
Dogs are really man's best buddies
BonBon was excited to see his family again, but would not return home with them. Apparently, he had grown fond of the woman who fed him all this time and wouldn't leave her.
The family understood the dog’s choice, and he was left to live with Saowalak. The family promised to visit the dog frequently and pay for his expenses.

Leo leaves us cheerful and a bit confused, but interestingly, he is protected and gets love from everybody. This goes to show that dogs are amazing animals that everyone should have as a pet.
