People Can't Get Enough Of This Russian Man's Inexpensive Cosplay Costume Ideas
Alexander creates costumes using items that can be found without much effort in most people's homes.

Whether you're preparing for Halloween or attending Comic-Con on a budget, Alexander Kravets has you covered! The man from Moscow, Russia, has a plethora of inexpensive cosplay ideas on his Instagram.
Alexander realized his passion for cosplay back in 2015, and he has been creating inexpensive cosplay ideas for his more than 100k Insta followers ever since. He describes his low-cost ideas as "zero-budget" and "suitable cosplay."
Alexander creates his costumes using items that can be found without much effort in most people's homes. He has created cosplay masterpieces from things like towels, hairdryers, food items, frying pans, toothbrushes, and even his dog!
You'd be forgiven for comparing Alexander's work to that of Thailand's Anucha "Cha" Saengchart. The YouTuber is the creator behind Low-Cost Cosplay, where he shares extremely low-budget costume recreations from TV shows and movies.
Similarly, Alexander enjoys recreating scenes of some of his favorite TV and movie characters. He considers his cosplay creations more of a hobby than a job, but it's a hobby that has helped him gain a cult-like following.
Alexander has also been known to shoot his photos in unconventional locations. So much so, he once snuck into a Russian military base, where he had to be careful not to alert patrols!

Basic cosplay is essentially just dressing up to look like a specific character. On the other hand, Masquerade cosplay involves fully embracing the character and behaving as they would in every way.
