When we look around us, we find out that there are so many things to appreciate. When we look at our bodies and everything is working perfectly, we can't help but be thankful.
There are people out there living with one condition or the other that limits them to certain things. We all know the heart is an important component of the body.
It is a muscle that circulates blood throughout your body. Your body gets the oxygen and nutrients it requires to function from the blood your heart pumps.
The OP in today's story is someone who has a heart condition and is advised not to take any stimulants like caffeine. The OP doesn't really like telling people about his "condition," but that caused a problem.
The OP told the gym friends that he was feeling slightly sick and that he would stay home and do a small workout there. But they showed up at his house, trying to encourage him to go to the gym with them.
One of them made a protein shake for everyone, but after the OP took it, his chest felt tight, and he had to get taken to the hospital. There they found out that this friend had added a pre-workout to the OP's protein shake, which made the OP angry.
