"Gender Reveal" parties have become a huge rage the last decade, and more so every year now people have been taking it to new extremes with catastrophic consequences. In fact, one Arizona couple started a massive wildfire that did $8 million in damages in 2017 for their baby's gender reveal! Of course, not all gender reveals are flashy enough to lead to explosions and fires and serious injuries, most are pretty simple and basic like popping a balloon to reveal colorful confetti or biting into cake to reveal colorful frosting.

However, even in the less-flashy gender reveal parties that families are throwing, there is some serious cringe factor going on and lately people have been calling out the ridiculousness for what it is. It just so happens the call-outs have been hilarious.
