Nextdoor, a social media platform that is co-founded by Nirav Tolia, is known for its slogan "When neighbors starts talking, good things happen". Founders of Nextdoor believe that the platform will allow people living close to each other will be able to connect and benefit from it by knowing what's going on in their community.

After all, its fun to know what is offered such as garage sales, baby sitting services, and more. Nextdoor's vision is indeed a good idea but in reality, a neighborhood will not always be as harmonious as we'd like to think.

Some would use Nextdoor to voice out complaints about their neighbor's lawn that they forgot to mow or perhaps a noisy Saturday night party bothered their tea night. Plenty of instances just like that.

But hey! Nextdoor is not a bad app for neighbors to use. It simply shows the reality of what neighbors do to each other intentionally and unintentionally, good or bad.
