Senior Dog Is Saved From Euthanasia After Returning To The Shelter She Was Adopted From 12 Years Earlier

I think that most people dreamed of owning a dog while growing up because dogs play a huge part in the media we consume as kids. Many of us want that unconditional love and companionship that only an animal can provide and dogs are the best at showing their love for their humans.

The saddest thing about it all is that we eventually have to say goodbye to our furry friends and I think if you gave a dog owner one wish they'd choose that dogs never grow old so they never have to say goodbye.

There are still people out there that decide that their dog's time has run out way before their time comes. There are tons of reasons these people will dish out for their decision like saying that the dog is misbehaving or that they're becoming too difficult to deal with as they got older.

They're full of reasons like these but the people who love their dogs aren't willing to hear any of these half reasons for deciding to put down your beloved furry pal.

The story we have for you today is about Netty, who was returned to the same shelter she was adopted from but this time, they requested that the dog be euthanized.

The vets at the shelter saw that there was more life in Netty and they decided to put her up for adoption so she could find a new home to spend her remaining days with a family that deserves her.

Scroll down to see the full Netty story, and see whether or not she got a new chance at a new family.

Netty is a 15-year-old mixed pit bull who was brought back to the shelter he was adopted from, but this time with a different intention.

This is both a heartbreaking and heartwarming story in one. It's crazy to imagine that someone would get rid of their dog so heartlessly after 12 long years of unconditional love that dog provided to her family.

Don't give up on your dog just because it's getting older, it's the least they deserve during their final days on this planet. Remember that.
