Dogs and people have a special relationship. If you've ever discussed your ups and downs with your dog it can sometimes seem like they're understand. At the very least, this dog seemingly understands us... possibly a bit too much.

The following article sounds like the start to a joke but one Twitter user 'visagermusic' posted that when she was at a bar in Seattle she found the last thing you'd expect to see there, a dog wearing a hat casually sitting at the bar (possibly having a ruff day).

This bizarre encounter has sparked many comments on the internet and some truly incredible jokes.
