Disney of old was not politically correct or particularly empowering for women. It pretty much fit the classic mould of a damsel-in-distress and a prince or king (or male hero of some sort) coming to rescue her.
If you're over the age of about 25, these are the Disney princesses that you grew up with, and that's totally fine. In this 2020 world, we can now see the issues with this narrative structure and view it as purely and simply entertainment and enjoyment.
Maria Guadarrama, a Venezuelan artist, has taken on the exploration of the mental health issues that a lot of the Disney Princesses of old might be dealing with given their problematic storylines. She depicts each Princess in a conversation with a psychologist in a comic-strip style.
