For some people, to have that hit tweet and going viral is the goal nowadays. Social media has definitely changed the way people view themselves nowadays and there is always this urge to just impress anyone and everyone on social media with how funny or interesting you are.
However, too much of it can make you like a fool, to be honest. People on the Internet are not as easily fooled as some people think they are, and sometimes, the things they post online get the opposite kind of attention that they want.
It's easy to type up some impressive story or tweet online and plan out how you would go viral, but the real challenge is actually making people believe them. While it may be a good way to practice your creativity and imagination powers in making up fake scenarios, most of the time, people can see through the lies and the try-hard efforts of making yourself go viral.
Some things or narratives posted online are so absurd and cringeworthy, you would begin to wonder how desperate these people are to come up with that just to have some kind of attention. From TikTok posts to tweets, to Tumblr texts, you are sure to stumble upon a post that is so poorly planned to make believable it's almost funny to think of it.
