Demi Moore is a well-known actress that has set the stage for many movies and she has a whole slew of supporters behind her. There are tons of demi fans across the country and for a good reason; she's good at what she does.

Hollywood is a controversial place and for those that are on the outside, there's probably a lot about it that you don't really know. It can be a tough world out there, especially for people who have to be in front of a camera all the time and have people looking at their every move.

With this said, we're going to look a bit into what Demi Moore said about how Hollywood changed and treated her differently once she turned 40. For many, this could be considered her prime time, but in Hollywood language, this probably wasn't something that was liked as much.

Demi Moore isn't afraid to speak out and we don't blame her at all for talking more about how she may have been treated differently because of her age. Whether you're a Demi Moore fan or not, you'll definitely find what she says interesting, so stay tuned as we dive in and check out what she has to say.

Demi Moore is now 61 years old and looks better than ever.

Demi Moore was seen in an interview with Michelle Yeow from Interview magazine. She opened up about how she felt that scrutiny and criticism of her appearance increased after she turned forty.

She said that attention was specifically brought to her from her television show Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle where she played the villain. One scene in particular showed her in a bikini and there was much conversation at the time about her appearance and age.

Moore spoke about how this experience affected her and how it made her question her role in Hollywood.

"I had done 'Charlie’s Angels', and there was a lot of conversation around this scene in a bikini, and it was all very heightened, a lot of talks about how I looked," she said. "I found that there didn’t seem to be a place for me. I didn’t feel like I didn’t belong."

"It’s more like I felt that feeling of, I’m not 20, I’m not 30, but I wasn’t yet what they perceived as a mother ... Where do I fit in? It was a time that felt, not dead, but flat."

“There was a moment, I have to say, where I started to wonder, is this really what I should be doing? Maybe that part of my life is complete. Not even over, but complete. Then I realized, if I’m questioning it, then I need to inject it with energy so that I know for sure," she continued.
