“What Is This Thing?” Is a subreddit that has been going around for a while now. This is where people come to share the weirdest or scariest things that are just unexplainable.

Some things are truly scary while others are just plain cool looking. Whether you’re terrified for the person who came across it or if you’re jealous of them there’s sure to be something in this list that you’ll say “wow” to.

Some of us have found some weird things in our time but some of these photos have Reddit creeped out. Some people just need help trying to figure out what it is.

Some of these objects can be of value if Reddit can find out what exactly they are. Have you ever found something interesting?

It’s safe to say that there are a lot of cool things to be found in this world. Especially buried underground or in historical areas.

Many of these items found will tell the stories of history or maybe they’re just a cool item that has little significance. Let’s look into these 18 things and see what Reddit had to say about them.

1. Covert sticker on my mailbox keyhole each month.

Some of these things were super cool but some were definitely a little weird. We’re still convinced that’s a skull, not a turtle shell.
