It's tough stuff to be a creative parent these days, but these people are nailing it.
In 2004, Carol Aebersold and her daughter Chanda Bell sat down over a cup of tea and wrote a story that would transform Christmas traditions for years to come. An endearing tale about an elf for every family who acts as liaison between children and Santa Clause, stuffed with magic, hide and seek games, and plenty of holiday-themed activities to keep children preoccupied and in the magical spirit of the season from Thanksgiving until Christmas morning!
Each morning as children wake to search for their elf, it becomes clear that a lot of creativity goes into preparing the elves for the next day's activities. Crafts, baking, silly games, and sometimes a punishment for naughty behavior... it's a lot of fun to hop on social media and see what everyone's elves have been up to! Now check out some of the most creative things Elf on the Shelf has done! Will you try some?
Have you tried some? Or maybe you have some ideas of your own to share! We're all ears.
