Chubby Rat Got Stuck In A Grate And The Entire Rescue Mission Was Captured On Camera

A few days ago, a German animal rescue organization named Berufstierrettung Rhein Neckar found a fat rat stuck in a sewer grate attempting to pull herself up and out. Because of her round body, the rat was stuck there, left to helplessly struggle. Despite what I assume was many attempts, the rescue couldn't get the rat out, so eventually the firefighters were called to the scene. Good news, she is safe and grate-free now!

There are a bunch of photos and even a video showing how this happened, and it's so pure yet hilarious. Dear rat, please be careful where you're going next time!
