The crime that Chris Watts committed has been a roller-coaster ride since the very beginning when he begged for his wife to return home on national television on August 14th 2018.
He wanted and needed answers. He couldn't 'live without them' he claimed. As most of us know, he was later arrested as the prime suspect in the disappearance of his 34-year-old wife, Shannan, and two daughters, Bella, and Celeste, aged 4 and 3.
Let's not dismiss the fact that Shannan was also pregnant with their unborn son, Nico. Although Watts spent a significant amount of time denying his involvement in their disappearance, ultimately he confessed, and it was found that he did indeed murder, his entire family in cold blood.

The judge who convicted Watts, referred to the case as, “perhaps the most inhumane and vicious crime I have handled out of the thousands of cases that I have seen,” per the The New York Times.
“The man seated to my right smothered his daughters,” Rourke said during the trial, later he described just how Watts dumped each of his family's bodies, including how he buried his slain wife that he killed in his bed, and then smothered his two young daughters and then put their lifeless bodies in oil tanks.
Now two years after his conviction, which was five life sentences. Three to be served consecutively, and the remaining two to be served concurrently, without the possibility for parole. The deranged man is receiving all kinds of attention from a series of women, some who have even been writing him love letters.
Per HuffPost, there are thousands of pages of documents that are directly related to the case that have been released by the district attorney in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.
The request uncovered letters that had been written to Watts, along with photos of the crime scene and other details about the murders.

“Literally your on my mind almost every single day since you were in the news.”
Go ahead, say it with me, WHAT THE F#$K!
The same woman who wrote what was captioned above, later added that she would be "the happiest girl alive" if only Watts would respond to her letter.
THEN, she signed her letter with a handful of hashtags supporting her belief that Watts is actually innocent, despite his guilty plea.
They read as follows, #TEAMCHRIS #CHRISISINNOCENT #LOVEHIM #SOOOOCUTE
This makes me sick.

“In my heart, you are a great guy,” one reads, written by a woman named Candace.
“I’m hoping to brighten your days,” wrote another one.
Women were writing to him over the "connection" they felt they had with Watts. And some even went so far as to say they think of him fondly. One desperate woman even included a picture of herself, wearing a bikini swimming suit.
But, he killed his entire family. These women are pining over a murderer, who acted in the ugliest ways possible. Killing the woman he claimed to love, and the children that were half of him as well. Including his son that never got the chance to make it earth-side.

Why is it that none of these excruciating details seem to bother any of these women that are sending Watts love letters?
Judy Ho, a psychologist, who also co-hosts the television series, 'Face The Truth', reportedly said that nearly every convicted killer has these odd types of "groupies" that will pine for them, and most generally send them letters. No matter what crimes they've committed.
It has something to do with these women being attracted to the "bad boy" and, as Ho went onto explain, would like to be the "special person" to fix their twisted mind.
These women are truly shooting in the dark by sending Watts these love letters, because his five life sentences will make any shot at having an actual relationship physically impossible.
