Hilarious Moment A Lawless Chicken Resists Arrest And Is Given A Hot Chase By An Officer Is Thankfully Caught On Camera
A chicken named Laya turned a quiet Minnesota street into a scene straight out of a comedy. What started as a normal drive for Justin Caffes and his friend quickly turned into an unexpected chase involving a police officer, a runaway bird, and a lot of laughter. She took off running, the officer gave chase, and the whole thing became even funnier when Caffes and his friend decided to help track down the feathered suspect.
The video ends before the story does, and the rest of Laya's wild little escape is just as amusing.
An Officer with a chicken that is resisting arrest

Fortunately, neither the chicken nor any other person involved in the group was harmed during the hot pursuit. The chicken was then placed into a pet carrier and put in the back of the cop's patrol vehicle.
The pursuit was done and dusted, but reinforcements actually showed up.
In any case, it was simply the chicken who triumphed at last.

Yes, Caffes said that five cop vehicles appeared just to laugh at their colleagues. The police were fortunate enough to find the owners of the chicken, who resided only a couple of miles away, and they securely brought her back.
The bird was let off the hook with only a warning, but it was not really a mishap that she was away from home.
This is similar to the neighbor who screamed bloody murder after their chicken got chased by dogs.
The chicken was put into a pet carrier and kept in the back of the cop's patrol vehicle.

Speaking to the owner's neighbor, Zach Piens, who sometimes babysits the hen, it was discovered that the chicken's name is Laya, and this isn't her first time going on such adventures. At some point before this incident, she got a ride into town by hiding at the back of the family's truck, after which she should have been rounded up.
Here is the funny moment on video:
It is also believed she did the same thing this time around, but now that the cops have become involved, maybe finally, Laya has learned her lesson. Piens hopes that this will be her last city trip, and we hope so too.
