Artist Uses A.I. To See What Celebrities From The '80s And '90s Might Have Looked Like As Kids

It's not uncommon for digital artists to photoshop images of celebrities to see what they would look like if they were older, had no makeup, put on weight, etc. But have you ever wondered what your favorite stars might have looked like when they were kids?

Well, Hidreley Diao certainly has! And we have the results right here to share with you.

The artist and regular contributor to Bored Panda was inspired by the nostalgia of the '80s and '90s. He was curious what some of his idols from these decades might have looked like when they were children.

So, Hidreley used artificial intelligence (A.I.) to find out exactly what some of these stars might have looked like in their younger years. Using apps such as FaceApp, Remini, Gradient, and of course Photoshop, Hidreley was able to create some incredible images.

Hidreley has been using Photoshop for over ten years now and has participated in several competitions. He says he "loves to mess with images of celebrities" and create digital art.

But Hidreley says he can't just keep his artwork for himself. He needs to share it with the world!

The artist says he sadly doesn't have as much time as he formerly did to put into his passion. But, whenever he does have a spare moment, he loves to use it to create new images to share with his Instagram followers.

So cute! Also, is it just me, or does little Whitney look a lot like North West?

So pretty! I could imagine Meg looking just like this as a little girl.

3. Michael J. Fox

I feel like this is precisely what MJF would have looked like as a child. I mean, just look at that perfectly groomed hair!

4. Sigourney Weaver

Those lips and cheekbones are perfectly Sigourney. Not sure about the eyes and nose, though.

5. Tina Turner

THIS! If I saw this photo published anywhere else, I would swear it must be Tina's granddaughter!

6. Geena Davis

To be fair, I'm not totally sold on this one. But, what a pretty little girl regardless!

7. Andie Macdowell

It's all in the eyes. Oh, and the nose!

8. Madonna

This one is not entirely convincing for me. But the lips are definitely Madonna's!

9. Boy George

I can't be sure, but I'm willing to go out on a limb and say that Boy George wouldn't have been wearing makeup as a little boy. However, I could be wrong, in which case this one is great!

So adorable! Those eyes!

11. Demi Moore

I feel like this is just Demi with short hair and Demi with long hair. Either that or she hasn't aged at all.

12. Brooke Shields

Gorgeous! If I saw this little girl in the street, I would absolutely think it must be Brooke Sheilds' daughter!

13. Cyndi Lauper

I'm struggling with this one. It's very cute, but it's just not Cyndi.

14. Michael Jackson

I feel like this one is too similar. As in, little MJ looks too old - what do you think?

Well, let's be honest, no matter how good technology is, there are some things we might just never know. But I think Hidreley did a pretty fantastic job with these, don't you?

My personal favorite would have to be Olivia Newton John. I mean, come on, that button nose and that beautiful big smile - it's all Olivia!
