Vet Shaved Off 2 Pounds Of Matted Hair Off An Animal And A Genuinely Cute Cat Was Revealed

If you’ve ever worked in an animal shelter, you already know that it’s difficult. Animal medical technicians and vets go through a lot of things, both the good and the bad, consistently.

Julie Bolchalk is an animal medical technician, and she got a call regarding an animal who had been neglected. She went to save Fluffer along with her group at the Arizona Humane Society.

It happened that her owner was deceased, and there was nobody to cater to her. Immediately after Julie saw the animal, she was shocked beyond words.

She says that she has seen a few rather awful cases in her time of rescuing different animals, but she has never seen a matting this terrible as it was bigger than her whole body. The matting was so terrible to the point that they couldn't figure out her actual form.

The tangled fur was so large and weighty that it was probably painful for the creature. Shockingly, Fluffer didn't react in a negative way.

As a matter of fact, she actually acted like a well-groomed lady. Julie shared that the animal was exceptionally sweet and got groomed without being given a sedative, which is a wonder.

They shaved away 2 pounds of tangled hair, and this made up a quarter of Fluffer's full weight!

The tangled fur was so large and weighty that it was probably painful for the creature.

After a long course of shaving, the creature's genuine beauty was revealed at last. Fluffer is actually a feline, and an adorable one at that.

What's more, she has these truly profound, soul-searching yellow eyes and a sweet face. She's very patient, as well, and in spite of the fact that her grooming session did not end up so pretty, she never minded it. 

It wasn’t easy for her as she lost her loved ones.

Notwithstanding, her story wasn't simply about cruelty, but it's more similar to a heartbreaking story of losing loved ones. In this situation, Fluffer did lose her own family, and that is truly saddening.

Luckily, Fluffer now has another home! Well, it happened that after shaving the matted hairs off Fluffer, the vet at the Arizona Humane Society looked hard and long at the beautiful feline.

They took a step further to check everything about her to ensure she's strong, healthy and adoption ready. The good news about it is that she is fit as a fiddle!

They posted on Facebook and it was generally welcomed. Many people found her story inspiring and heartwarming.

Some found her charming; some were amazed at how the shelter managed to groom her so well, while others were happy she finally got a permanent home.
