Cat Puts Everything He Can Find Around The House Into The Trash
Pieru the cat is sweet, mischievous, and apparently committed to a very specific household hobby. What started as typical kitten chaos turned into a full-blown routine, with one curious feline finding new ways to launch everyday objects off tables and into trouble.
His owner, Kerstin Reif, began noticing that small items were disappearing, then turning up in the trash can near the table. Pens, scissors, the salt shaker, and even the TV remote all ended up there, and Pieru seemed proud of every single one.
Now the family checks the bin before emptying it, because this little prankster has made the trash can his favorite target.

Reif realized that Pieru must have knocked it in, and all of a sudden, a list of things she’d lost recently started to appear in her mind. The cat had been tossing things in the trash can for a while, but no one had ever noticed.
Now aware of the cat’s inclination to throw things away, Reif checks the trash can every time she’s missing something. Additionally, she always checks it before emptying it, just in case.
So far, she has found pens, scissors, the salt shaker, and the TV remote in the trash, and Pieru seems to be proud of every single item.
Pieru isn't even trying to hide the fact that he enjoys knocking things over. In fact, the cat clearly likes it when they witness him making a mess.
"He looks so self-confident that sometimes there's even a smile on his face, I'm sure," Reif told reporters. "He looks at us, nudging something… when you say 'Pieru, noooo,' he smiles and throws it over."
This is in the same revenge lane as the cat locked in the bathroom for waking his owner up too early.
That smug little routine is exactly what makes him so hard to ignore.
