Whenever it's time to get your partner a gift, like on their birthday, anniversary or just because you love them, we all seem to run out of ideas. It's not that there isn't something to buy, it's about buying the same stuff over and over again.

Like us women, we always tend to get beauty products, shoes or clothes. That's the norm that anybody goes with, and although we love all the gifts it kind of gets predictable after a few years.

That is why most people nowadays want gifts to be unique and special to their partner and how do they do this? Well, you can pay someone to make a brilliant gift or you can make one yourself.

Sure, we all aren't creative boffins and work magic with our hands, but the least we can do is try! Kellen O'Hickey is one of those people that loves to make unique gifts and boy did he give his girlfriend a great gift.

Kellen has always been interested in cartoons and animation television shows and since he started dating his girlfriend Lindsay, she also started taking quite an interest in his favorite shows.

So as a recent gift he decided he will use his God-given talent and he decided to draw them as the different cartoon characters from the shows they are watching together.

"I had drawn a few pictures of Lindsay and I in Futurama and Adventure Time styles previously and her reaction had given me an idea, I should draw us in my interpretation of the styles of all the shows we've watched," Kellen said.
