Babies, kids, toddlers, and children of all ages have one thing in common: they hate eating their vegetables. Even when parents hide the unforgivable greens under french fries, kids can sniff them out from a mile away.
This couple was struggling to get their baby daughter, Amiyah, to eat her veggies. No matter how hard they tried, the kid just refused to touch the leafy greens.
That is until one night, an unexpected solution came along. Brick, the family's absolute unit of a dog, was sitting beside Amiyah while she was being tricked into eating her peas and carrots.
Brick was there simply because he was hoping that Amiyah accidentally spills some of her food for him. The parents were desperate for any possible solution to the veggie problem when they tried to offer Brick a cauliflower.
The dog lapped it up happily and when Amiyah saw that Brick enjoyed the veggie, she joined the bandwaggon and decided to try the cauliflower, too! Next, they had peas together and the rest is history!
The parents were dumbfounded by this inelegant solution to their daughter's veggie troubles. After a while, Amiyah was eating the vegetables of her own accord and even offered some to Brick.
For Amiyah, if it's good enough for Brick, then it's good enough for her. The parents are happy, Amiyah is eating her veggies, and Brick is definitely one happy boy!
You can watch the adorable video here:
Brick has his own Instagram page (he's Insta famous) where he's jokingly called Mr. Bronk

brickthestaffyIt's not as sinister as it sounds, it's all in good fun. The duo actually look like they enjoy each other's company.

brickthestaffyBrick also tries out other things for Amiyah, like her couch. Brick is defintely doing it for Amiyah, not for himself that's for sure.
brickthestaffyHe also doesn't know what to do when Amiyah throws a patented toddler tantrum, so he just stares at her in awe
brickthestaffyBut when those tantrums subside... they cuddle and enjoy peaceful moments together

brickthestaffyAnd from time to time, he can ask Amiyah to do things for him, too. This is her trying out Brick's new crate.
brickthestaffyAt the end of the day, nobody uses the crate and the duo snooze happily together!
brickthestaffyThe next time you encounter a roadblock and your kid decides they don't want yucky vegetables, you can try the Brick technique. It's been proven effective and given 5 stars by one biased user.
Unfortunately, Brick is not for hire anymore. He's loyal to Amiyah and plans to only taste test vegetables for her for the rest of his life.
