It's not only human parents who have it tough. Even animals feel the challenges of parenting too!
Indeed nurturing the young is very hard. Parents have to constantly look after their young, nurse them, and teach them the ways of the world so that they can survive on their own.
On Twitter, there's one thread that shows the experience of animals. It was started by Shawna B who shared a photo of a fluffy furball family.
One of my favorite very specific image genres is cats that look completely unprepared for the realities of parenthood.
The thread immediately went viral. It gained 51.7K retweets and 356.3K likes.
Lots of users were also excited about sharing adorable photos of their animal parents. What's interesting about these photos is the facial and body expressions of the pets and other animals.
They may not be able to talk like humans do. But if you look at their expressions, they definitely scream "Being a parent is so tough!"
From cats who look like they're tired from managing a lot of offspring to dogs who are too tired to stay awake while nursing their young, you can already see that the challenges of raising kiddos are a universal thing. Have fun looking at the 50 pictures of animals who are trying their best at parenting.

Parallax2137Mother and father animals have it tough too
They have to take care of their young, feed them, and keep them safe. It's a lot of work!
Sometimes, the parents have to go out and find food for their young, and sometimes the young animals have to fend for themselves. That can be tough when they're just starting out in life.
But, the parents always come back to their young, and they're always happy to see them. That's something that we can learn from animals - even when things are tough, we should never give up hope.
