People Are Sharing Their Horrible Airbnb Experiences After A Woman Shared Hers, And Here Are 30 Of Them
Being a victim of any scam can be horrifying.

Being a victim of any scam can be horrifying. How would you react if someone showed up at your apartment, with all boldness, saying they rented your apartment on Airbnb?
And you never had any intention of renting it out. Definitely, it would be weird and horrifying.
This is exactly the situation that a doctor at the Stanford Department of Medicine in California might have found herself in if she hadn't discovered her own house on Airbnb. Unfortunately, it is one of several Airbnb horror stories that have recently rippled on Twitter.
When the woman reached out to the scammers, they had the audacity to ask if she wanted to lease out the place where she lives with her family. Surprisingly, bringing the case to the customer care unit of Airbnb wasn’t helpful at first.
This proved that the Airbnb customer care service wasn’t up to standard. It also suggests that the managers of Airbnb are unable to monitor what transpires within it and points to loopholes that scammers have figured out how to take advantage of.
She narrated the horror on Twitter while looking for some support. And it appeared that such incidents are common, as many people responded with similar horror stories.
Hundreds of others have responded with their own bizarre Airbnb stories since the post. Here are just 30 of the worst ones for you to read through.
