While the advent of different messaging techniques has probably led to a decline in the amount of people who text the wrong number, there is no denying that it is very awkward when it happens. Sometimes the person you text is really cool about it and just says “sorry, wrong number.”

But, other times, the person decides to have a little fun with it. It probably depends on how the original message is presented—but, to an outside observer, it is a very funny thing to read.
