Hooters Employees Go Viral After Complaining About The New Scandalous Uniforms

Hooters recently released their new uniforms and it doesn't seem to have gotten the response they expected.

Hooters is a restaurant that we all have known with the beer, wings, sports, owl logo, orange colors, and the scandalous uniforms worn by other workers. This is no surprise to anyone because if you know Hooters then you already know what to expect, but with that being said they recently came out with new uniforms for their employees.

It seems that the new shorts released by the company for their employees to wear are much more revealing than the previous ones and I don't think many of seven knew that was possible. These shorts have gone viral as Hooters employees all over have expressed their feelings regarding the new dress code uniform.

The company came out with a statement that said that the new uniform was optional for their employees. So this means that those who don't mind the new look can rock it and those that prefer a bit more coverage can wear the old uniform shorts.

We're going to look into some of the Hooters employees who had something to say about the new uniform and we'll get to see the shorts ourselves to make out own judgments. Overall, this story has gone viral because it seems that Hooters keeps pushing the boundaries.

The Hooters company has come out with new uniforms for the employees to wear, but it didn't get the response they expected.

Hooters was first opened in 1983.

The main selling feature of the restaurant is the "Hooters Girls" which are the waitresses that have the "Hootie the Owl" on their shirts.

A lot of Hooters Girls were showing off the new shorts on their social medias.

Hooters Girls from all over the world are posting on their socials and TikToks about how they feel about the new uniform. Since this got so much attention, Hooters eventually came out with a statement saying that the new uniforms will be optional.

Lexi, a Hooters worker, talks about the uniform and how she feels.

Lexi was asked how she felt about the Hooters uniforms and this is what she said.

“I was self conscious at first since I have a smaller chest and don’t look like the average hooters girl but what I lack in the front I make up for in the back.”

A lot of the girls were not happy and they said they weren't fans of wearing "underwear" to work.

Hooters came out with a statement in response saying, "As we continue to listen and update the image of the Hooters Girls, we are clarifying that they have the option to choose from traditional uniforms or the new ones. They can determine which style of shorts best fits their body style and personal image.”

The company also stated that this decision was made with the help of some Hooters girls.

The company luckily came out with a statement supporting the opinions of their workers.

Many of them are comparing these new shorts to underwear.

Lexi told us more saying, “I felt like hooters girls actually had a voice in what they wanted to wear. A lot of people believe that the girls already knew what the shorts looked like but actually, they didn’t.

We were just informed that we were getting new shorts that’s all. We were all surprised when the package came in and we saw the shorts.

I also feel like if it wasn’t for all the TikTok’s then the policy wouldn’t have changed but hey shout out to hooters for listening to how their Hooters girls felt and for making the change.”

This isn't the first time that Hooters has been criticized for their decisions and how they handle their dress code.
