As people say, when at first you don't succeed, try and try again until you do. Although, many would agree that that doesn't apply to everything.

Sometimes, there are things that aren't worth trying right from the beginning. Then, there are also things that tried once is enough.

For the latter, it might take a lot of guts to admit that you've failed but it's best to admit it, face your losses, and move on rather than staying and furthering your embarrassment. Sometimes though, even that one try can cement the embarrassment you've faced.

Don't forget, there are always people watching. And many people would love to take joy in the misery that you've faced.

On Reddit, there is one community where people share hilarious and groan-worthy fails. What's on there is the best celebration of incompetence, bad luck, and just old plain attempts at villainy that didn't work.

Some of these attempts really made us lose a brain cell or two trying to figure out what was running in the heads of these people when they did what they did but alas, we guess it will only remain a mystery. And maybe that's for the best.

Hopefully, some of these people have learned that sometimes, some ideas don't even need to be tried to be rejected.
