If you've never heard of the Dogspotting Society, you're missing out! It's a popular Facebook group dedicated to sharing doggy hashtag challenges.

Previous challenges have quickly turned viral, with proud dog parents unable to stop themselves from sharing their quirky fur-kids with the world. From the Look-Alike Challenge to the Smiling Dog Challenge to the Guilty Dog Challenge, the Dogspotting Society has pretty much covered it all.

And now, ladies and gentlemen, we have the Sleeping Dog Challenge! But this one isn't just about posting cute pics of sleeping pups; oh no, it's about posting them in the weirdest possible sleeping positions!

Here's an interesting fact for you! Unlike humans, who typically sleep only at night, dogs have a polyphasic sleep pattern, meaning they sleep multiple times per day for short periods.

As a result, puppies can sleep up to 20 hours a day, and adult dogs can sleep up to 14 hours. However, dogs are far more adaptable than humans and can spring into action as soon as they wake up - no coffee required.
