Going to a funeral is never something we look forward to. After all, it's a sad occasion, symbolizing the loss of a loved one, grief, and sadness.

So, when planning to attend a funeral, the outfit we're going to wear probably isn't all that high on our priority list for that day, right? Well, evidently, for some people, it is.

TikTok influencer @edgylittlepieces is a fashion creator with almost 34,000 followers. And, recently, she posted one of her latest (and most requested) designs - a "sexy funeral dress."

The TikToker also has a range of "funeral tops," which are essentially just studded bras. But for any grieving fashionistas who find those a little too modest for their liking, these funeral dresses are sure to be a popular alternative.

The little black dress effectively has no front, just some gaping holes that run from the neck all the way down to the navel. I mean, I guess if your goal is to pick up a wealthy widower at the said funeral, this dress could be a winner.

But, let's be honest, is it really appropriate (or necessary) to dress so provocatively on a day meant for mourning? It certainly seems all kinds of disrespectful from our perspective.

But, hey, who are we to judge? If you want to wear a dress that could potentially raise the dead to great-granny's funeral - you do you, boo!

It's hard to imagine anyone actually showing up to a funeral wearing something like this. But judging by the comments, there are clearly some who would, or perhaps even have already.

Personally, we wouldn't be caught dead (see what we did there) wearing this dress or the top to a funeral. But far be it from us to ever judge another person's choice of outfit if they deem it appropriate and it makes them feel comfortable on a sad day.

Funerals and all the things that go along with them are a sensitive subject. I guess, at the end of the day, whatever makes someone feel better should be okay within reason, but there is a fine line with these outfits, that's for sure!
