Pixar is known for having a lot of different Easter eggs and other hidden things in their movies for a very long time. Actually, this is a huge thing with a lot of different companies that work on movies and television shows.
It's become almost a game for these creators to hide little details inside each and every movie or show that they put out. It seems that people have started catching on because they are starting to notice and pick up on all these little details that are hidden within movies.
Today we aren't necessarily looking into hidden Easter eggs, but we will be looking into hidden character launches that people might not know about. We'll be looking at hidden things inside movies that show characters that would have later been released in a Pixar movie.
Pixar is one of the big screen companies that love to hide little details inside of their movies and people have really made it a hobby to look for them and point them out. This post compiles 14 different characters that were tested and launched before their debut movie came out introducing the character(s) in real-time.

1. Brave family spotted in Cars 2
In this scene you can see the tapestry on the wall which resembles the family from Brave but reimagined as cars.
Disney/Pixar2. Mr. Incredible in Finding Nemo
Mr. Incredible is seen on a boy's comic book in Finding Nemo, but The Incredibles wouldn't have been released yet until a year after Finding Nemo.
Disney/Pixar3. Newt Xing in Toy Story 3
This sign on Andy's door in Toy Story 3 shows a "Newt Xin" sign which was a reference to the Newt film that actually was never released due to its similarities with the movie Rio.

In Toy Story 3 you can see a poster of an Aston Martin which we later know as Finn McMissile from Cars 2.

Dug's shadow was first seen in this scene of Ratatouille when his shadow is chasing the rat. Later we realize that this shadow was from Dug, seen in the movie Up.

Forrest Woodbush can be seen in Inside Out, but many may not know that this dinosaur is the same one from The Good Dinosaur.
Disney/Pixar7. Lots-O-Huggin Bear in Up
The Lots-O-Huggin bear from ToyStory 3 can be seen in a little girl's bedroom during the scene where the balloons are making the house fly and they're showing the houses they are passing by.
Disney/Pixar8. Arlo in Monsters University
Arlo, who is the star of The Good Dinosaur, was spotted in Monster University on the floor among the other toys and items.
Disney/Pixar9. Wall-E in Your Friend The Rat
Wall-E can be spotted driving this futuristic bus in the short film called Your Friend The Rat.
Disney/Pixar10. Nemo in Monsters Inc
Nemo can be spotted on the wall of this scene behind the octopus in Monsters Inc, which was 2 years before Finding Nemo was released.

On the wall during this scene, you can see the Incredibles Family on the wall with a skeletonized look.

In Cars 3 on the wall in this scene, you can clearly see a guitar hanging on the wall. It's said to be Coco's famous guitar.

When Arlo falls into a pond in The Good Dinosaur an octopus can be seen at the bottom, which is Hank from Finding Dory.

There is a "Luca Airlines" poster on the window in the movie Soul, which came out before the movie Luca.
