Dogs aren’t just our best friends, they make an effort to be our closest companions. But there are times when we don't make it simple for them.

Of course, we can’t deny the fact that there are times when we do things that our dogs detest. But that doesn’t mean that they will love us any less.

Well, pillows are not just for humans. If you own a dog, you have undoubtedly witnessed your pet lying on your pillow once or twice.

Then and only then can you truly appreciate what it’s like to wake up in the morning with your dog hogging your pillow (that’s if you share your bed with your dog). There are dogs who don’t mind being used as pillows, just like this redditor’s dog, but then it didn’t end so well for him.

The OP stated in his story that he "had a routine of hitting some smoke outside, getting good and fried, then heading downstairs to play video games on a futon couch I had, and falling asleep." He had a dog who was his best friend and was always by his side.
