Man Invites Hundreds Of Celebrities To His Wedding And Here Are 10 Of The Most Interesting Replies He Received

Weddings are great. It is such a special day. Two people joined in love, promising to be by each other's side forever…

And, of course, the party afterward. It is the best.

But because it's so special, we want it to be unforgettable. That can cause a large amount of stress.

But not if you do what this guy did. He made sure that the results of his efforts would come out great no matter if he was successful or not.

A man named Louis Bam (@BokNRoll) decided to surprise his wife by discreetly inviting several hundred celebrities to their wedding and compiling a scrapbook of their comments. So, even if no one shows up (most likely), he would be left with a great wedding gift.

The invitees ranged from actors and politicians to royalty. While they (unsurprisingly) all declined to interrupt their lives to attend a stranger’s wedding their responses were shockingly polite.

The end outcome was stranger and funnier than he could have expected, and he shared the bizarre story in an amusing Twitter thread. We have chosen 10 of the most interesting replies he received.

It is so nice seeing people being so nice. Well, here are a few who wrote back:

We have to say that there are some important names missing here. For instance, if he had sent wedding invitations to, let’s say, Tom Hanks or Keanu Reeves, he might have had more luck.

Because, you know, those guys love crashing weddings. They take pictures with the bride and groom whenever they come across one.

In fact, it is impossible to get rid of those guys. People started planning weddings only on days when those two were not in town.

We are joking, of course. They are the nicest guys in Holywood.

And probably the Universe. It is probably awesome having them crash your wedding.

Although, they do steal a bit of your thunder...

Some celebs like crashing weddings:

Back in 2016, Taylor surprised two fans, Max Singer and Kenya Smith, at their New Jersey wedding. Apparently, the groom's sister had reached out to Taylor to inform her of the wedding and let her know that Max and his mom used to dance to "Blank Space" frequently in the hospital before his mom died.

Much to the crowd's delight, Taylor sat down at the piano and began singing "Blank Space" at the reception

The list of celebs coming to their fans' wedding is long. Of course, they can't attend every wedding they've been invited to, but if you are one of the lucky few, your wish just might come true.

But it's a lottery. First, you have to go past their assistants, then their managers… they have so many people around them who literally prevent them from being regular people.

But once you get to them, they can really shine.
