According to Bond, the reapplication is likely a routine measure to maintain the legal validity of the trademark and not necessarily a sign of an impending large-scale charity launch in America.
However, Bond also noted that keeping the application active might indicate plans in the U.S., signaling potential long-term ambitions for the Royal Foundation across the pond. There is ongoing interest in whether William and Kate might expand their charity efforts to the United States.
The couple’s popularity in the country is well-established, and any initiatives they undertake related to mental health will likely receive a warm welcome.
