Since the start of the pandemic, we have been on a roller coaster ride. As we continue to face the uncertainty of the virus, mutations here and there, everything s just so unsettling.

Quarantine or self-isolation. This has been a commonly used term since last year.

When one comes into contact with a potential Covid-19 patient or a confirmed one, you will then be notified to self-isolate for a certain number of days. It usually takes two weeks and that could be a lot.

Along with self-isolation comes the possibility of feeling lonely, becoming bored, restless. In short, it can be stressful and tiresome.
