Woman Expects Friend To Clean Dog Poop Off Her Shoe After Accidentally Stepping In It In His Yard

We're back yet again with another awesome Reddit post that shares an AITA story. It's also not quite often that the entire verdict is that the OP is an AH in the situation, as usually they are the ones who are in the right and that's why they're coming to Reddit to ask their opinion.

With that being said, we're excited to dive into this story because the verdict is different from what we usually see, and honestly the comments were a little bit ruthless on this thread as well. If you're someone that just loves to look into other people's lives, hear about other's perspectives, or just overall read drama-filled situations then you're in the right place.

These situations aren't always the same but we can kind of expect the situation to be similar to the last in terms of OP giving their situation, asking if they're in the wrong, and then the many Reddit users come to comment on it giving them their opinion on the situation.

This is how OP started the post off with explaining her and her friend's situation.

She explains that her friend warned her about the potential dog poop in the yard and to be careful when walking out there.

Then she goes on to explain the situation of how she stepped in the dog poop anyway despite their efforts to avoid it.

She goes on to explain that she asked him to clean off her shoe since he didn't help her to avoid the poop.

She added an edit to share that they are okay and still friends.

First comment says it loud and clear that OP is definitely TA in this situation.

People seem to be quite surprised about this situation and why she's acting like a child.

Clearly not his fault because he warned her as best as he could.

Simple as that. You stepped in it so you can clean it up.

People clearly are telling her to clean her own shoe instead of asking someone else to.

Yep this sounds about right. Technically it isn't his fault at all.

This comment got a few laughs but definitely sounds about right.

People really had the verdict of her being TA in this situation for sure.

This is also a different perspective to think about as well.

This is interesting because this is one of the only comments that says she's NTA.

This person blames the friend because it's his dog and he turned off the light.

I can agree with this comment though honestly.

After reading this story it's important to note that the story was a bit of a joke and neither of the friends was mad at the other for the dog poop. Ultimately, though the verdict was still that OP was TA in this situation and should clean her shoe herself.
