15 Incredible Disney Fan Arts That Might Be Better Than The Original Animations

The first time we laid our eyes on a Disney film, we were just simply amazed. Very few companies have created as many iconic characters as Disney has since it was created and every film they released was just filled with beautiful and intricate artwork.

Also, the company really puts in the work to find the best artists and to give them the best resources they can to perfect their films.

That's part of the reason why Disney films and characters, especially the classics are so well-loved. They're just a wonder to look at especially from the eyes of kids.

That's also why Disney is just considered the best. They really put in the works and money to produce art that will last more than one generation.

Still, that doesn't mean that what they've done can't be improved. This is proven by all the fan art that fans from all across the world have done.

Most of these fans even put their own spin on beloved Disney characters. And we can definitely say that some of them are better than the original works.

Maybe that's because they have more detail or they have more impact than the official works but they're truly what we can all art.

In the 1995 Pocahontas film, Governor Radcliffe was this fat, greedy, and arrogant man, however, he doesn't look too imposing and wasn't somebody to be afraid of. This fan art is just the opposite.

The Sleeping Beauty of the 1959 animated film was a little bland looking especially compared to today's princesses. This fan art though presents the princess in the way she should have been.

8. Steampunk Alice in Wonderland has more spunk

Alice in Wonderland in its original form was already one of wonder with all the colors and oddities in it. But this fanart gives it a more modern feel.

It also helps add more grit and a mysterious nature to Alice.

When Maleficent first appeared in 1959, she was already terrifying. With this fan art though, she looks a lot more powerful and capable of truly altering the course of life for her plans.

We love the original Mushu okay, but here, he is a lot more intimidating and looks a lot more powerful than his comedic version. Also, Mulan here looks more like a true warrior.

In the 1937 film, the characters were animals with Robin being a fox. And there, everyone looked pretty friendly.

15. Brave looks a lot more mystical and magical

In the 2012 film Brave, Merida was shown to be a headstrong character who was pretty capable of fending for herself. Here though, she's shown in a more delicate picture and the added elements give a more other-worldly feel to her surroundings.

We still love the Disney original animations. After all, they were the classics that we grew up with.

But the people who made these fan arts are incredible as well. And they've given a special spin to the characters we've loved so much.

They can even create their own animated films if they wanted to. That would be amazing to see.
