Not all designs are good, and some of them are even terrible. Coming up with a clever and useful design is not something any average person can do, you have to keep a lot of things in mind while making your design, otherwise, it will end up failing miserably. 

We see crappy designs every single day, they make our lives harder but at least they give up a good laugh every now and then. Designing things is definitely not for everyone and some designs should be reviewed multiple times before they could be built.
